From Highway 20, east of Diablo, start at the Thunder Creek Trail at the south end of the Colonial Creek Campground. Continue for about 10 miles to a junction with Fisher Creek Trail. Keep to the right. After about 0.2 miles, past this junction is a fork. Keepright at the fork and continue for about one mile.
