There are a variety of different loop options available in the park. Be sure to check out the trail map at the parking area to see the different options. Trails include: Mountain View Trail, Orchard Loop Trail, Old Holgate Trail, Cedar Grove Trail, Elderberry Trail, Blacktailed Deer Trail, Pioneer Orchard Trail, Whildhorse Trail.

Powell Butte Nature Park is a 570-acre park that sits atop a dormant cinder cone and offers views of at least four regional mountains (Hood, Adams, Jefferson, and St. Helens.)
