An access road that makes its way along the south end of the lake. There is a trailhead information sign worth reading.
After the switchbacks after the 1.5 mile marker, there is another informational sign just below the lower ledge. Keeping to the right leads to the lower ledge where venturing to the left leads to the upper ledge.
