From I-5, take I-90 east for about 32 miles. At exit 32, turn right on 436th Ave. SE (Cedar Falls Road). Continue for about 2.7 miles to Rattlesnake Lake. Park in the trailhead lot. If full, either park on Cedar Falls Road or continue past the trailhead parking and park in one of the several larger lots for Rattlesnake Lake.
Notes
An access road that makes its way along the south end of the lake. There is a trailhead information sign worth reading.
After the switchbacks after the 1.5 mile marker, there is another informational sign just below the lower ledge. Keeping to the right leads to the lower ledge where venturing to the left leads to the upper ledge.
