Notes
Trail mileage is from the Salal Trail to the Viewpoint. Starting from the Salal Trail, continue southward for 0.1 miles to the junction. Take a left and follow 0.3 miles to the Madrone Crest Viewpoint. From there you can turn around and head back. Instead of turning right after 0.3 miles you can continue for an additional 0.2 miles to connect to the Lost Lake Trail. At that junction, you can turn right and follow for about 1,800 feet to a junction that will take you back to the Salal Trail after 0.1 miles.
