Directions
Road 1036 in the Baker Lake Basin.
On Highway 20, drive to between mile marker 95 and 96 (6 miles east of Concrete). Turn left onto Sauk Mountain Road (aka Forest Service Road 1030). The gravel road drives into forest and then switchbacks up clearcut for 7 miles to the trailhead with a big parking lot and pit toilet.
