Directions
From I-5, take Hwy 20 West to Anacortes. Use Hwy 20 Spur to Anacortes City Center. At the roundabout with Commercial Avenue, take the first right heading North and follow to 12th/Oakes Avenue. Turn left and continue to the roundabout with Ship Harbor Blvd.; turn right (North). At the T intersection, turn left onto Edwards Way and follow down the hill to the cul-de-sac. The trailhead is on the North side of the cul-de-sac.

A paved trail along the Guemes Channel. Views of Guemes and Cypress Islands with peekaboo views of other San Juan Islands in the distance. Note: As of 2024-04-13, the QR code on the sign at the trailhead does not appear to work.

An accessible paved path along the Guemes Channel on the North side of Fidalgo Island. Great place for a walk to catch views of neighboring islands, maritime traffic, and shore birds. 😊.
