Directions
From I-5, take State Highway 20 west to Anacortes. Make a left onto Commercial Avenue and then a left onto Fidalgo Ave. Fidalgo bends around, connecting with Hillcrest Drive and then turning right into Whistle Lake Road. Take Whistle Lake Road (keep an eye out for road signs pointing the way) to the Whistle Lake dirt parking lot on Anacortes Community Forest Lands.
