Start off on the Angel's Rest Trail. After the junction to Angel's Rest Viewpoint, continue for about 1.8 miles. At Wahkeena Springs junction, take a left. This will lead towards Fairy Falls after about 0.4 miles. Continuing past Fairy Falls for 0.3 miles. Here you'll come to a junction with Monument Viewpoint on your right (this'll add 0.6 miles total to your trek) and Lemmon's Viewpoint on your left. Continuing straight will take you to Wahkeena Falls. Continuing past Wahkeena Falls to the highway. From the highway, turn around and follow the trail back to the rig. Do not hike back to the rig via the highway. It is illegal and very dangerous; the narrow, heavily traveled road has shoulders that range from inadequate to non-existant.
