This trail starts along the Historic Columbia River Highway near the Horsetail Falls parking lot. This trail goes by Horsetail Falls, Upper Horsetail Falls (Ponytail Falls) and ends at Oneonta Falls. Near Oneonta Falls, there is a trail junction. Going left takes you to Triple Falls after about 1.2 miles. Going right will take you along the Oneonta Trail (#424) and will head toward the highway.
